For different situations that may happen with your covers or other products please read the FAQ & Shipping policy

Please Note:
  • Please note that the colors you see can vary according to the settings of your device.
  • If you are not sure about the color you prefer for the day bed futon or mattress cover, you can order the swatches from our shop. We will be happy to send samples of our heavy-weight and medium-weight linen in all colors available for your convenience.
  • Please measure the items you need the covers for only by yourself because the tag on the item can show the wrong size.
  • All the covers we sell are handmade, so the size can be +- 0,5 inches according to the fabric characteristics.
  • All the fabrics are natural undyed or dyed with natural colors. So the covers can have a smell of natural linen fiber.
  • All the fabrics are pre-washed and pre-shrunk before the sewing.
  • We will keep you updated as the package gets dispatched and ships to you.
Terms of cancellation:
  • As each order is custom-made, we generally can not accept returns. We do accept cancelations made 30 minutes after the purchase, excluding the 5% fee.
  • We accept cancelations made after 30 minutes after the purchase only in case if we did not start to make your order. In this case, you will get the refund excluding 20% fee.
  • If you have any questions, please ask first before the purchase. We will be glad to help you!
Tracking number:

When your order is shipped, you can find the tracking number in your order confirmation in the personal cabinet. Also, on the same day when your package will be shipped, you will receive a letter from Easy Linen in your mail. You can see the tracking number there, as well.
