Return Policy

In case you’d like to make a return or exchange:
For a return, contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
Return costs
In the case of a return & exchange, buyers are responsible for the two-way shipping costs and/or any custom costs that may occur both ways. We can only accept the returns of the items in immaculate condition and carefully packaged to avoid any damage on the way. If you see that the item size is off or you’re not happy with the purchase, please make sure that the item remains in a good condition until we sort the situation out. Should you send it back, kindly pack it well for the return send.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We do not generally accept cancelations because all the orders are sewn only after the purchase. Each order is a custom order.

We accept cancelations made 30 minutes after the purchase, excluding the 5% fee.

We accept cancelations made later than 30 minutes after the purchase only in case if we did not start to make your order, excluding the 20% fee.

If you would like to cancel your order, please send us a note about it as soon as possible in the contact form. You can also do it in your Orders section in the personal cabinet.

There is a 50% restocking fee for any returns plus a shipping fee. We will make the refund as soon as we receive the item back in pristine condition.

Orders on sale can’t be returned and refunded.

In the case of highly customized orders, the return will be hard to make. It is always best to contact us beforehand – we will be happy to give you a thorough consultation on fabric choice and measurements.
