The zafu – a little round meditation pillow – is made of the all-natural linen cover and filled with organic buckwheat hulls coming from a pesticide-free, chemical-free production. The inside is encased in 100% cotton with a zipper. So you can open it up anytime to regulate the amount of the filler inside for your desired comfort level.
